摘要：文章首次将熵理论引入我国煤炭企业国际化风险的评估研究中。基于我国煤炭企业国际化风险辨识理论框架,通过对煤炭企业国际化路径、发展阶段和面临风险的系统性分析,建立了我国煤炭企业国际化风险指标体系,结合实地调研、问卷调查等方法对风险指标进行赋值。在此基础上,利用熵权分析法对我国煤炭企业的国际化风险进行评估分析,完成煤炭企业国际化风险评估由定性到定量的研究,旨在为我国煤炭企业的国际化发展提供一些经验借鉴。
The paper was first to introduce the entropy theory to the evaluation study on the internationalized risk of the coal enterprises. Based on the internationalized risk identification theoretical framework of China coal enterprises, with the systematic analysis on the path, development stage and faced risk of the coal enterprise internationalization, an internationalized risk index system of China coal enterprises was established and an evaluation was conducted on the risk index in combination with the site investigation, questionnaire and other method. Based on the circumstances, the entropy analysis method was applied to the evaluation analysis on the internationalized risk of China coal enterprises and the study on the internationalized risk evaluation of the coal enterprises was completed from qualitative to quantitative in order to provide some experience references to the internationalized development of China coal enterprises.
