摘要：以增温显著、降水时空分布不均衡、极端气候事件增加等为特征的气候变暖,引起了农业资源分布的不均衡性、粮食增产的不稳定性、粮食生产的高风险性以及粮食安全的不确定性增加,对保障国家粮食安全提出了许多新的挑战。基于从宏观和微观角度对气候变化如何影响粮食安全的总结和思考,应从调整作物播种时间、提高作物复种指数、选育高产优质抗逆性强的作物新品种、加强农业气象灾害的风险管理等方面来减缓和应对气候变化对粮食安全的不利影响,以保障国家粮食安全。
Climatic warming characterized with significant temperature increasing,unbalanced spatial-temporal distribution of precipitation and increase of extreme climatic events,has caused the unbalanced distribution of agricultural resources,the instability of grain production,the high risk of food production,and the uncertainty of food security.The paper summarizes and considers how climate change affects food security from the macro and micro perspectives.And it puts forward the suggestion that in order to ensure national food security,we should mitigate and respond to climate change in response to food security by adjusting crop sowing time,increasing crop multiple cropping index,breeding new crop varieties with high yield,high quality and strong stress resistance,and strengthening the risk management of agricultural meteorological disasters.
