摘要：改革开放20多年来,我国的成人高等教育对促进经济和社会发展发挥了重要作用.但目前成教事业还存在着诸多困难和不足,严重制约着成人教育的进一步发展.本文引进'SWOT'分析方法,在了解优势、克服劣势、把握机会、化解威胁的基础上,对成教的内外环境进行了分析,进而提出了相关的策略.
Higher Adult Education of our country has played an important role in the economic and social development of our country during the past more than twenty years of opening and reform. However, the difficulties and disadvantages of higher adult education restrain it form developing further. Thereforth, this article analyzes the internal and external environment of our higher adult education and puts forward the irrelevant strategies on the basis of knowing the advantages and disadvantages, getting rid of the disadvantages , seizing the opportunities and overcoming the threats in the way of 'SWOT' analysis.
