摘要：事业单位改革与发展关乎到整个社会的发展与稳定,已经成为全社会关注的热点问题。河南省事业单位改革取得了一定成效,主要表现为:事业单位管理的规范化得到加强,事业单位类别得到合理划分,事业单位改革得以分类推进。河南省事业单位改革依然存在如下问题:改革动力不足,管理体制不顺,管理机制不新等。必须进一步推进河南省事业单位改革:强化动力,创新管理体制,创新管理机制。
The reform and development of the institutions related to the development and stability of the whole society, has become the focus of the whole society. Institution reform of Henan province has achieved some results. This is mainly manifested in the following aspects. It has carried out clean-up standards of institutions. It has devised reasonably institutions category. It has enhanced institution classification reform. It has been innovative institutions＇ mechanisms and institutions. However, Henan province institution reform still exists the following problems. It lacks sufficient reform impetus, It lacks the smooth management system. It lacks the management mechanism innovation. Therefore, we must further pull forward the reform of institutions in Henan province. We must strengthen the reform impetus, innovate management systemand innovate management mechanism.
