摘要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征。中国共产党百年奋斗史也是坚持以人民为中心,扎实推进共同富裕的百年探索史。百年来,中国共产党推动共同富裕理论守正创新、共同富裕实践取得实质性进展。中国共产党坚持以马克思主义共同富裕思想为指导,在实践中发展了中国特色社会主义所有制、中国特色社会主义分配制度基础上的共同富裕理论和以人民为中心的共享共富发展理念。在对百年共同富裕演进历程和理论创新梳理基础上,从加强顶层设计、夯实物质基础、巩固公有主体、完善分配制度、保障公平正义和实现共富共享的维度提出扎实推进共同富裕的可行性路径。
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese modernization.The Centennial history of the Communist Party of China is also a centennial exploration history of adhering to the people as the center and solidly promoting common prosperity.Over the past century,the Communist Party of China has made substantial progress in promoting the innovation theory of common prosperity and the practice of common prosperity.Guided by Marx’s thought of common prosperity,the Communist Party of China has developed the theory of common prosperity based on socialist ownership with Chinese characteristics and created the concept of people-centered development of shared common prosperity.On the basis of combing the evolution process and theoretical innovation of Centennial common prosperity,this paper puts forward a feasible way to solidly promote common prosperity from the dimensions of strengthening top-level design,consolidating material foundation,consolidating public subjects,improving distribution system,ensuring fairness and justice and realizing common prosperity and sharing.
