摘要：在经济全球化和信息化大背景下,信息化已成为一个地区乃至国家经济发展的主要标志和带动力量。通常认为当人均GDP达到1400美元时,社会将进入信息产业的快速发展期,并对国民经济产生显著的贡献和带动作用。中原经济崛起是国家实施中部崛起战略的重要组成部分,河南经济近10年的快速发展,已经为信息化建设提供了坚实的基础。当前河南的信息化建设与国民经济发展之间存在着密切的正相关性,信息化对中原经济崛起正在产生着积极的贡献作用;信息化建设是中原经济崛起和可持续发展的重要支撑。
Under the economic globalization, information has been becoming a main sign and driving force of the regional and national economic development. Generally, when per capita GDP reachedl,400 U.S. dollars, the society will enter a rapid development period of information industry, and information industry will have a significant contribution to the national economy. Central China is playing an important part in the rising strategy in China. In the past decade, the rapid development of Henan＇s economy has provided a solid foundation to information construction. Henan information infrastructure is positively correlated to economic development; and information construction is an important supporting to the economic rise of central China and sustainable development.
