摘要：在现代社会,知名运动员的人格权的商业利用逐渐增多,在商业利用过程中不可避免地会出现知名运动员人格权受侵害的情况,因而分析侵害的根源,规范商业利用的形式,采取相关法律措施保护我国知名运动员商业利用中的人格权就显得尤为必要,在理论和实践中都应对此予以重视。
Nowadays the business utilization of the well-known athlete＇s personality right is increasing gradually. In the business utilization, the well-knowa athlete＇s personality right is invaded unavoidably. In order to protect the well-known athlete＇s personality right in business utilization, it＇s very necessary to analyze the root of invasion and to standardize the form of business utilization. We should pay more attention to the protection of the well-known athlete＇s personality right in business utilization both in theory and in practice.
