摘要:基于宪法学自身的专业特点、宪法学与相关课程之间的学科认知错觉以及我国不是很理想的宪法实施现状导致了传统宪法学与美育之间存在一定的内在张力。但是,美育对于宪法学教学的意义却是全面的,诸如国家和权力观念的形成、权利观的型塑以及个人、社会和国家之间的关系的准确把握等问题均可从美育教育中获得营养。在宪法学智育教育和美育教育融合的过程中,应该在教育主体、内容、形式和保障等环节着重把握,以实现宪法学智育和美育之间的和谐。
There is a certain internal tension between traditional constitutional law and aesthetic education,the main reasons include the professional characteristics of constitutional law,the subject cognitive illusion between constitutional law and related courses,and the current situation of the implementation of the Constitution in China.However,the significance of aesthetic education for constitutional law teaching is comprehensive.Many constitutional elements can be nourished from aesthetic education,such as the formation of the concept of country and power,the inoculation of the conception of rights and the accurate grasp of the relationship between individuals,society and the state.We should focus on the educational subject,content,form and guarantee,so as to realize the harmony between constitutional intellectual education and aesthetic education in the process of the integration of constitutional intellectual education and aesthetic education.
