摘要：运用分层回归方法分析战略导向经由企业社会责任影响服务创新绩效的路径。研究结果发现:战略导向通过提升企业的社会责任水平来促进其服务创新绩效;顾客导向和竞争者导向正向影响企业的社会责任水平,而成本导向对其影响并不显著;顾客导向比竞争者导向对消费者和环境责任的正向影响更大;消费者和环境责任正向影响企业服务创新绩效;但两者对服务创新的财务绩效和非财务绩效的影响效果不同。通过验证三者之间的关系,从战略型社会责任的角度丰富了服务创新的相关理论;并且提示企业在努力提升其服务创新绩效时可以考虑通过战略导向与社会责任整合的战略来取得良好的效果。
Adopting a hierarchical regression method,this paper analyzes the way how a firm＇s strategic orientation affects CSR behavior and the resulting impact on service innovation performance. The results show that： Strategic orientation promotes service innovation performance by enhancing CSR; Customer and competitor orientation positively affect CSR while cost orientation＇s influence is not apparent; Customer orientation has a greater positive impact on its customer and environmental duties than competitor orientation; Customer and environmental duties positively affect corporate service innovation performance with distinct effects on financial performance and non-financial performance of service innovation. The results enrich the literature of service innovation from the perspective of strategic CSR,and imply that firms should consider integrating strategic orientation and CSR when improving their service innovation performance.
