摘要：统计成果和其他活动的成果一样 ,可以从产品和价值两方面进行计量。目前从价值方面按“收入法”计量统计活动成果的方法是不科学的 ,因为其计算结果的大小和统计活动成果产出量的多少没有关系。统计是一种特殊的信息服务活动 ,可采用“基层单位法”来计量。
Statistic production is the same as other production, which can be measured both in products and in its value. The author thinks that it is not right to measure it only at its volume, because there is no relation between the quantity of statistical production and the result of the calculation. Statistic activity is a special information service activity, and its production can be measured with “the basic unit method '.
