摘要：信贷资产的存量盘活和增量优化是提高商业银行总资产的效益性与安全性的关键所在。对企业有效益、有市场、有销路的产品实施货款“封闭运行”管理，支持企业走出困境；把不良债权变股权；对不良债权实施托管。
The utility of stock amount and optimization of incremental amount on credit assets are the keys to increase profitability and security of gross assets of commercial banks. As for those enterprises with beneficial, marketable and saleable products, the banks should execute the closed--running loan management in order to support them getting rid of hard circumstances so as to use stock rights in lieu of ill debts and trust them.
