摘要：利用河南省1978～2010年城乡居民经济数据,并分为1978～1991年和1992～2010年两个阶段,利用协整分析方法,对比城镇、农村居民收入对消费影响的阶段性特征。实证结果表明,1991年以前城乡居民消费对收入的弹性系数都很高且几乎没有差异,而1991年以后弹性系数都大幅下降,并且农村居民的消费弹性系数高于城镇居民。因此,河南要实现向消费拉动型增长模式的转变,政府应改变收入分配模式,纠正医疗、教育、住房改革中的弊端,切实增加居民收入,特别是增加农民收入。
This paper compares the characteristics of consumption of urban and rural residents in Henan Province in the stages of 1978-1991 and 1992-2010 with co-integration analysis.The results show that before 1991 consumption of urban and rural residents is elastic to their income.After that the coefficient of elasticity decline sharply,and the coefficient of rural residents is higher than that of urban residents.To realize the growth pattern of consumer-driven,the government of Henan should improve the labor income share,especially,farmers＇ income,and correct the malpractice of the health,education,housing reform.
