摘要：中西部地区劳动力成本、土地成本和商务成本均较低的比较优势可以吸引东部地区的加工产业向中西部地区转移。为降低加工企业的运输成本和时间成本,应鼓励在中西部地区建立加工贸易产业集群。为实现加工产业的顺利转移,还应采取政策引导、改善软硬件环境等措施。
The analysis shows that： the central and western areas have the comparative advantages of low labor cost, land cost and business cost that can attract the processing industries of the east transferring to the central and western regions, in order to reduce the processing enterprises＇ cost of transport and time, the central and western regions should be encouraged to set up industrial clusters of processing trade industry. To achieve a smooth transfer of the processing industry, policy guidance and some other measures to improve the hardware and software environment should also be taken.
