摘要：本文从市场经济体制与产业政策的关系上分析了我国现行产业政策存在的主要问题，从产业结构、产业组织、产业技术、产业布局等方面论述了完善我国产业政策的思路
This paper has made an analysis of the major problems in the current industrial policies in China on the basis of the relationship between market economic system and industrial policies and an discussion of the route in policy making from the viewpoints of industrial structure, organizaiton, technique and distribution.
