摘要：通过采用文献分析和历史分析等方法对中国改革30年来区域经济合作进行回顾与展望，认为随着经济体制改革的不断深入，中国区域经济合作历程中各个阶段的合作背景、期望目标、推动力量、合作形式、合作内容、合作广度和深度以及合作格局等也呈现出不同的特点。从自上而下的政府、行政主导型合作到自下而上的地方、企业主导型合作；从一厢情愿的被动合作到主动出击的多足鼎立；从各自为政的行政区合作到国家战略的主体功能区分工；从有名无实的单一物质合作到全方位、多层次的全面合作；从弥补制度缺陷、打破市场分割的应急之举到放眼全球、融入世界的大国战略，风雨兼程的中国区域经济合作走过的其实是一条公平与效率、政府与市场、中央与地方、官方与民间、传统与创新的长期博弈之路。
During the past 30 years of deepening economic reform, China＇s cooperative economy has undergone different stages with distinctive features in terms of cooperation background, expectant goals, pushing force, forms of cooperation, contents with a wide range and different patterns of cooperation. As for the forms of cooperation, there are those which are led by the governments and administrative institutions;those led jointly by local governments and enteprises;those from one - sided to mutual desire for cooperation;those with local government cooperation combined with the state strategic functions; and the cooperations from one-sided to multiple forms aiming at supple-menting each other; taking the whole globe in consideration and blending China＇s economy into the whole world market. Therefore China＇s regional economic cooperation has undergone a way of fairness and effectiveness, and built a platform, on which the government and market,local and central, officials and people, tradition and renovation all are able to play their roles.
