摘要:各地区的经济增长必然受到周边地区的影响,研究各地区经济增长之间的相互关系,对指导中国区域均衡发展具有重要的理论意义。基于新增长理论,考虑空间相互作用的衰减性,引入Mundell—Fleming模型,并对其进行必要的修正,来分析不同类型区域中各省份的GDP溢出效应。研究发现,中国各省区的GDP溢出存在着一定的区域趋同性,整体来说,西部地区的GDP溢出效应大于中东部地区;人口增长对GDP增长并没有带来正向作用,因而劳动力充足、低廉已不再是我国经济发展的主要优势,必须做相应的产业转型;对外开放程度和制度因素对区域经济增长有着重要的影响,空间因素的衰减性说明,加强相邻省份的经济往来和产业转移,共同构建经济发展区是未来区域经济均衡发展的重要手段。
Given that the Economic growth should be influenced by the other regions, it is very important to research the different province' s GDP-spillover in order to steering the regional harmonious development. In this paper, ac- cording to the new growth theory and the spatial interactions, the paper calculates the cross-province GDP-spillover in China with the ameliorated statistical ananlysis model of the regional spillovers presented by Conley and Ligon (2003). The results indicate that: the GDP-spillover of the provinces in China represent convergence in a certain extent, it is larger in western than other regions; at the same time, the population growth takes less effect on the GDP growth, so the labor abundance and twopenny will not become the advantage to the economic al restructuring is the tengency. And the attenuation of the growth, industri- spatial interaction illuminate that it is the import means to the regional harmonious development that it is necessary to reinforce the economic trade and industrial transfer between the near provinces and the common economic development area.
