摘要：农户粮作经营行为取向是对自身因素与外界环境变化的理性反应。研究表明,满足自家需要以及增加现金收入是农户从事粮作经营的主要动机所在,且随种植规模的扩大,农户满足自家需要的动机在减弱,而增加现金收入的动机在增强;较小规模粮作经营户有动态缩减粮食播种面积的行为取向,而较大规模粮作经营户则有动态增加粮食播种面积的行为取向;较大规模的粮作经营户更易于实现规模化经营收益,具有相对较高的内在动力从事粮作经营;在现行粮食政策下,政策对农户粮作经营行为的制度激励效应有限,因而亟需采取优化粮食政策目标、强化粮食政策手段的科学性与可操作性、完善粮食政策传导机制等策略。
Fanners pay for the operational behavior of the self-oriented factors and changes in the external environment rational response. The results show that: to meet its own needs and to increase the cash income of farmers engaged in grain is the main motive for the host operating, and with the expansion of the scale of cultivation, farmers meet their own needs in the motive weakened, and increase the cash income in enhancing motivation; Smaller operators would have to pay to reduce the area sown to grain dynamic acts orientation, and for larger scale grain business operators have the dynamic increase in the area sown to grain orientation behavior; large-scale grain business operators which are more easily to achieve economies of scale in the operating income are relatively high in the internal driving force for the grain business. Under the current food policy, the policy incentive effects of the system on the management of fanners for grain is limited, hence the urgent need for optimization of grain policy objectives, and strengthen the scientific nature of food policy means with workability, and perfect the grain policy transmission mechanism, and other strategies
