摘要：加快数字化发展对我国“十四五”时期经济社会发展具有十分重大的意义。利用2013—2019年中国省级的面板数据,通过建立多元回归模型,分析数字化水平对科技创新的影响,并考察了数字化水平和金融发展的交互效应,在此基础上进一步分析了我国不同经济地带数字化水平对技术创新的影响效果是否存在显著差异。研究结果表明:数字化水平对区域的技术创新具有显著的促进作用,同时数字化水平和金融发展的交互效应表明这一促进作用会由于金融发展水平的提高而得到增强。另外,数字化水平对技术创新在我国东部、中部、西部地区都具有显著的促进作用,但促进效果存在差异。在此结论的基础上,对于如何有效提高技术创新能力提出建议:要重点加强区域数字化建设,推动数字化经济和金融业同步发展,同时要注重区域间数字化水平的协调发展。
Accelerating the development of digitalization is of great significance to economic and social development in my country's"Fourteenth Five Year Plan"period.This article adopts the provincial-level panel data from 2013 to 2019 to investigate the impact of digital levels on scientific and technological innovation by establishing a diverse regression model,and examines the interaction effect of digital level and financial development.Based on this,it further analyzes whether there are significant differences in the effect of digital level on technological innovation in different economic zones in China.The results of the research show that digital levels have a significant role in promoting the technological innovation of the region.At the same time,the in?teraction effect of digital level and financial development shows that this promotion effect will be strengthened due to the improvement of financial development.Besides,digital level plays a sig?nificant role in promoting technological innovation in the eastern,central,and western regions of China,but there are differences in promoting effects.On the basis of this conclusions,sugges?tions on how to effectively improve technological innovation capabilities are put forward:focus on strengthening regional digital construction;promote the simultaneous development of the digi?tal economy and financial industry;and pay attention to coordinated development of digital level between regions.
