摘要:目的探讨耐力运动对糖尿病(DM)大鼠血清血糖(Glu)、胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、糖化血清蛋白(Gsp)和红细胞糖化血红蛋白(GHb)的影响。方法12只DM大鼠随机分为2组:安静组,耐力运动组,每组6只,训练6w;采用Bedford训练方案,耐力运动相当于60%最大摄氧量(VO2max);末次训练后24h两组大鼠安静状态下处死,左心室抽取血液。采用比色法和酶联免疫吸附测试法分别测定DM大鼠Glu、胰岛素、Gsp和GHb的水平。结果安静组Glu、GHb水平与耐力运动组相比没有显著性差异(P>0.05);安静组胰岛素水平、Gsp水平、胰岛素抵抗指数极显著低于耐力运动组(均P<0.01)。结论耐力运动方式和强度显著降低了胰岛素和胰岛素抵抗指数,极可能增加了胰岛素的敏感性;还非常显著降低了Gsp水平,可能对DM的防治具有一定的积极意义,建议适当保持耐力运动的习惯。
Objective To investigate the effect of long-term endurance exercise on the level of serum blood-glucose, insulin, glycated serum protein and red blood cell glycolated hemoglobin in GK rats' blood. Methods Twelve male GK rats were randomly and equally divided into control, endurance exercise groups. Bedford's exercise program was adopted, exercise intensity of endurance exercise group was seemly equal to 60% VO2max. The rats were sampled after 6 w exercise training. 24 h after the last training, the rats were killed, blood was sampled quickly from the left ventricle for colorimetry and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of blood-glucose and glycolated hemoglobin had no significant change in the two groups; but the levels of insulin and insulin resistance index and glycated serum protein were downregulated significantly in endurance exercise group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions The way adopted in this study can improve significantly the levels of insulin and glycated serum protein, and decrease significantly insulin resistance index, may benefit the initial phase or metaphase of diabetes mellitus. To properly keep exercise could be do some goods to cure diabetes mellitus.
