摘要：应从完善法律环境 ,组建统一的行政管理机构 ,调整收入分配政策及提供资金等方面多管齐下 ,把住宅业培育成我国的支柱产业。
In order to develop housing industry into a pillar industry, we should take the following measures: perfecting the legal environment, establishing a uniform administrative institution, adjusting the income distribution policy and providing necessary funds.
