摘要：为了探索高新技术产业集群及集群模式对绿色创新效率的影响,基于2008—2018年我国省际面板数据,运用GML指数测算包含非期望产出的绿色创新效率,通过构建高新技术产业集聚与绿色创新效率间的面板回归及门槛计量模型,考察高新技术产业不同集聚模式对绿色创新效率的影响。结果表明:高新技术产业集聚与绿色创新效率间存在倒“U”型关系,专业化集聚与绿色创新效率间存在非线性关系,多样化集聚与绿色创新效率之间存在正向线性关系,意味着科学的高新技术产业集聚模式和适当的集聚程度能有效提高绿色创新效率。
In order to explore the impact of high-tech industrial clusters and cluster models on green innovation efficiency,this paper based on China’s provincial panel data from 2008 to 2018,using GML index to measure the green innovation efficiency including unexpected output.Constructing panel regression and threshold econometric models between high-tech industry agglomeration and green innovation efficiency to investigate the impact of different agglomeration high-tech industry on green innovation efficiency.The results show that:there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between high-tech industrial agglomeration and green innovation efficiency.There is a nonlinear relationship between specialized agglomeration and green innovation efficiency.There is a positive linear relationship between diversified agglomeration and green innovation efficiency.The above three results mean that scientific high-tech industrial agglomeration mode and appropriate agglomeration degree can effectively improve green innovation efficiency.
