摘要：创新文化的缺乏导致民营企业普遍短命。相对于国有企业、外资企业等而言,创新文化在民营企业中有着独特的异质性,由此体现出创新文化对民营企业的特殊功效,至少包括创新文化是民营企业的重要生产力、创新文化引领民营企业的变革与发展、创新文化是民营企业发展成长的根基等非常重要的几个方面。培育创新文化,往往受到民营企业的家族性、独断性、利益至上、地缘性等因素的制约。打破这些制约因素,必须多方面发力,从提升民营企业家综合素质、形成民营企业文化创新的长效机制、革新民营企业创新文化建设的载体和有针对性地排查影响民营企业培育创新文化的因素等几个方面综合推进,使民营企业的创新文化"苟日新,日日新",成为推动民营企业发展的坚实支柱,为我国社会主义经济发展贡献力量。
The lack of innovative culture leads to short life of private enterprises. Compared with state - owned enterprises and foreign enterprises, innovative culture has its special features in private enterprises and thus embod-ies the special effects of innovative culture to private enterprises. These effects include at least the following impor-tant aspects ： innovative culture has become the important productivity for private enterprises; innovative culture leads to the transformation and development of private enterprises; and innovative culture should be regarded as the basis for the development and growth of private enterprises etc. There are several factors that may restrict the con-struction of innovative culture, such as private enterprises,family management, arbitrariness, interest above every-thing else, and geopolitics etc. In order to break up these restrictions, we should make efforts in various aspects. We should improve the general quality of private entrepreneurs, form the long - effected mechanism for innovative culture in private enterprises, reform the carrier for the construction of innovative culture, and examine with perti-nence the factors that influence the cultivation of innovative culture etc. With the comprehensive promotion of above factors,we can make the innovative culture of private enterprises “new in a day and then every day”,become the solid pillar for the development of private enterprises, and make contribution for the economic development of so-cialism in China.
