摘要：融资战略是企业财务战略的重要组成部分。搞好企业的融资战略 ,可以降低企业的融资成本 ,实现企业的理财目标 ,提高企业的经济效益。因此 ,分析融资环境 ,选择企业的融资方式 ,衡量融资成本和融资风险 ,实现融资结构的最优化 ,已经成为企业融资战略研究的重点。本文重点阐述了企业融资环境、内部融资方式的重要性、优化企业融资结构的策略以及对融资风险的认识 ,以实现企业价值最大化。
Financing strategy is an important component in the enterprise's financial strategy. A good financing strategy of an enterprise can deduce the enterprise's financing cost, realize the enterprise's financial management target, upgrade the enterprise's economic efficiency. Therefore analyzing the financing environment, selecting the financing method, measuring the financing cost and financing risk, optimizing the financing structure have become important in researching the enterprise's financing strategy. This paper mainly expounds the importance of the enterprise's financing environment and the internal financing method, the tactics of optimizing the enterprise's financing structure and the cognition of the financing risk in order to realize the enterprise's value maximum.
