摘要：在一国市场发育存在发达与落后的空间二元市场结构下,市场经济体制因其天然存在竞争优势和竞争劣势累积的区域两极分化机制,并最终表现出全国经济发展不平衡和地区差距拉大而非共同富裕。这种空间二元市场结构的作用机制对实现中部崛起战略构成内在约束,并衍生出相应的崛起障碍。实现中部崛起关键在于国家要通过利益机制、政策制约和信息导向来弱化市场机制对区域差距扩大的负面作用,而中部本身更要重视市场与政府的协同作用,以建立可持续的自我快速发展机制,实现自身崛起。
There is regional differentiation mechanism of the accumulative advantages and disadvantages given that the duality market structure exists when it is divided into backward market and developed market. Such a mechanism gives rise to the imbalanced development between the different regions and the widening of the gap between the rich and poor regions. This regional differentiation mechanism becomes the internal restrain to the strategy of economic rise of the central regions and constitutes the barrier to the economic development in central China. The key to solving this problem lies in the reducing the impact of the mechanism by the state through the use of some interest mechanism, relevant policies and information lead. This also requires China＇ s central area to attach importance to coordinating the role of the government and the force of the market to establish a mechanism for fast and sustainable development to ensure the realization of economic rise..
