摘要：双汇骄人的业绩，其成功的主要原因在于：(1)有一个好的制度──国有产权，民营机制；(2)真正实现了政企分开；(3)有一个科学的战略，不断强化核心竞争优势，稳定向其他行业拓展；(4)有一流的内部管理；(5)有一个优秀的领导人、好的班子和乐于奉献的职工队伍；(6)将科技进步的成果有效地运用到了市场竞争中。这些原因基本反映了“双汇模式”的内容和国有企业改革的经验，也为下一步国有企业改革提供了参考。
The main reason that Shuanghui Group succeeded is:(1)It has a good system that state－run property right and private mechanism;(2)It realized the system that separated government function from enterprise management;(3)It has a scientific strategy:strengthen the key competition advantage constantly and expand to other trades steadily;(4)It has the first－level management inside;(5)It has an outstanding leader,excellent group and workers that are glad to present with all respect;(6)The achievements of the scientific and technological progress have been applied to the market competition effectively.These reasons have reflected the content of “Shuanghui mode”and the experience of the SOE reform basically.However,it also offered the consult for the SOE reform in future.
