摘要：搞活住房产业 ,离不开住房金融的支持和配合。现阶段我国住房金融存在的问题 ,严重地制约着住房业的进一步发展。因此应借鉴国际经验 ,结合我国的实际 ,采取切实有效的措施 ,构建中国住房金融模式。
Housing financing is indispensable for the development of housing industry. At present, problems in the housing financing system in our country are hindering a further development of the housing industry. Therefore, we should learn from foreign experience, take effective measures and construct China's unique housing financing pattern.
