摘要：作为一项打破行政区划设立司法机构的司法制度,司法管辖区制度起源于英国,并为英美法系和大陆法系国家借鉴和采纳。在我国建立司法管辖区制度不但必要而且有现实的可行性。我国在移植司法管辖区制度时,应解决观念和若干制度的配套问题。
As a judicial system replacing establishing judicial organizations in an administrative region, system of judicial jurisdictional zone originated in England and was used for reference and adopted by Anglo -American Law system and continental law system, It is not only necessary to establish such a system in our country, but also practicable to make it come true. However, some attitudes and relevant systems should be taken into account while we are transplanting this system.
