摘要：构建和提升企业的动态能力是企业适应环境快速变化、获取竞争优势的重要途径和手段。对于如何构建和提升企业的动态能力,目前学术界研究不足。文章基于组织行为科学原理和企业组织能力的一般构成要素,提出了一个新的动态能力分析和提升模型,为实际管理工作者提升企业的动态能力指明了方向。
Establishing and improving the dynamic capabilities of enterprises are important ways and methods for enterprises to quickly adjust to environmental changes and gain comparative advantages. However, researches and studies on how to establish and improve the dynamic capa- bilities are insufficient. Based on the principle of organization behavior science and the general components of organizational capabilities, a new model is proposed to analyze and improve dynamic capabilities of enterprises, which points out future directions for managers.
