摘要：新时代大学生职业素养培养面临新的机遇与挑战。文章从加强职业道德修养、注重人文素质培养、优化课程体系建设、构建毕业生服务窗口、以现代信息技术为载体强化职业素养与就业能力等方面,提出了提升大学生职业素养和就业能力的基本途径。
In the new era,the cultivation of college students'professional quality faces new opportunities and challenges.The paper puts forward the basic ways to improve college students'professional quality and employability from aspects of strengthening professional ethics,paying attention to the cultivation of humanistic quality,optimizing the construction of curriculum system,constructing the service window for graduates,and enhancing their professional quality and employability with modern information technology as the carrier.
