摘要：旅游资源普查与评价是支撑旅游规划设计的基础工作,目前实践中主要依靠经验方法判别,可靠性不高,尚未形成科学的评价方法。基于Arc GIS旅游资源信息采集系统和空间分析平台,采用空间集聚度、开发潜力评价和组合集群识别相结合的方法,构建了区域旅游资源开发利用评价体系,并以蓬莱市进行了案例分析。结论认为:(1)旅游资源开发利用评价可以建立旅游资源单体数据采集、数据库构建、等级规模分析、空间分析与可视化、区域旅游功能与布局、空间管理的一体化方法,提高旅游资源开发利用的科学性;(2)区域旅游资源存在空间分布和等级分布的差异性,开发利用中应识别不同区域的优势资源群及其开发潜力,据此来结合市场消费需求、交通条件等外部环境等进行产品设计和时序安排;(3)旅游资源单体普查是旅游规划设计的基本技术手段,仍需改进旅游资源单体分类标准,根据科学评价结果对当前产品体系进行类型和结构优化,巩固发展优势,提高区域旅游竞争力。本研究可作为旅游资源开发利用价值评价提供依据,并为未来的旅游资源评价和区域旅游规划研究提供理论借鉴。
Tourism resources census and evaluation are the basic means to support the planning and design of regional tourism development.The current practice mainly depends on experience with low reliability,and the scientific evaluation system has not yet been formed.Based on the ArcGIS tourism resource system analysis platform,the paper combined spatial agglomeration degree,development potential evaluation and cluster identification to construct the evaluation system of urban tourism resources development and utilization,and took Penglai as case study.The paper concluded that:(1)the development and utilization of tourism resources can establish an integrated path of monomer data acquisition,database building,rating scale analysis,spatial analysis and visualization,product integration design and layout and space management,to improve the scientific nature of tourism resources development and utilization;(2)Because of the difference of the spatial distribution and regional distribution of regional tourism resources,the advantages of resource groups and the development potential of different regions should beidentified during the process of tourism utilization,thus to combine the external environment,such as market demand for products design and scheduling;(3)The monomer census of tourism resources is the basic technical means of tourism planning and design,and still needs to improve the classification standards according to the scientific evaluation result,optimize the type and structure of product system,consolidate the development advantages and enhance the urban tourism competitiveness.This study can be used as the evaluation basis of the value of tourism resources development and utilization,and provides some theoretical reference and case reference for future resource evaluation and regional tourism planning.
