摘要：分析了引进外商直接投资(FDI)、技术贸易和商品贸易这三种涉外经济活动对工业技术创新能力的影响,对它们的重要性程度进行了测评与排序,发现:引进FDI和商品进口对工业技术创新能力的促进作用高于直接引进技术,国际技术贸易的促进作用高于国内市场的技术交易,商品进口的促进作用高于商品出口。
This paper analyzed the realization method and condition of various concern foreign affairs＇ influence on industry＇s innovation ability, in which, the various concern foreign affairs concluded foreign direct investment（FDl）,technology trade and commodity trade. The result of empirical study showed that： FDI and commodity importation＇s promotion on industry＇s innovation ability was bigger than direct technology import; international technology trade＇s influence on industry＇s innovation ability was bigger than domestic technology trade; and the commodity import＇s influence on industry＇s irmova tion ability was bigger than commodity export.
