摘要：由于家事纠纷的伦理性、公益性和特殊性,传统民事法庭审理家事案件已无法满足当事人的需求,建立家事审判庭具有急迫性。构建我国的家事审判庭首先要选择家事审判庭的模式,根据我国的司法实践情况,单一的家事法庭模式应是最适合的选择。构建单一的家事法庭模式主要从法官的选任、家事法庭的受案范围和相关的配套制度三方面进行。
The traditional civil court judging the family cases has been unable to meet the needs of litigants due to the ethicality, public welfare and particularity of the family disputes. Therefore, it＇ s urgent to establish the family court. The first of constructing of family court in China is to choose the family court＇ s mode. Single family court should be the best choice for the judicial practice in our country. The construction of a single family court mode mainly consists of three aspects ： the selection of judges, the scope of family court＇ s case and related supporting systems.
