摘要：我国互联网金融的超常发展一方面得益于普惠金融广阔的市场需求空间和互联网技术的推动,另一方面也与滞后缺失的互联网金融监管密切相关。互联网金融监管的难题主要表现在"怎样监管"上,已有的监管探索及专项整治为未来互联网金融长效监管机制的建立积累了经验,打下了基础。监管常态化下互联网金融的发展在市场定位、行业结构、市场深度等方面将呈现出互补协同小微化、行业集中科技化、垂直细分专业化等趋势和特点。
The supernormal development of internet finance in China benefited from, on the one hand, the vast market requirement of inclusive finance and improvement of internet technology, and on the other hand, it had close relationship with the lagging or lack of supervision of internet finance. The difficult problem of internet finance supervision mainly lies on “ how to supervise ”,and the existing supervision exploration and special rectification have accumulated experience and basis for the establishment of long - effect supervision system of internet finance in the future. In the aspects of market positioning, business structure, and market depth etc, the development of internet finance under normalized supervision will represent the trend and characteristics such as complementation and coordination when miniaturized, concentration of business with technology based, and vertical segment with professionalization etc.
