摘要：休闲旅游与城市发展之间的协调发展趋势日趋明显。基于休闲旅游产业内涵的分析,使用改进TOPSIS模型定量测算2000-2014年共15年的合肥市休闲旅游与城市发展的协调水平,判定成长型城市旅游地的休闲旅游与城市发展之间协调发展的阶段性特征,揭示作用过程及机理。结果表明:(1)成长型旅游地的休闲旅游与城市发展互动关系具有持续优化的特征,耦合指数日渐逼近理想最优值,递增幅度有增加趋势;(2)合肥市的休闲旅游与城市发展耦合过程可划分为差异发展阶段(2005年之前)、低位互动阶段(2006-2010年)、高位耦合阶段(2011-2014年),各阶段特点不同;(2)不同阶段各个因素的作用角色和大小不同,政府主导力、市场需求拉力、产品吸引力、旅游竞争力、外部环境产生的力量是推动休闲旅游与城市发展协调演化的主要动力,休闲旅游系统和城市发展系统之间的耦合作用是城市产业对外部多种环境因素变化的空间响应所引起的适应性演化。应把握这一发展规律,以保证休闲旅游和城市发展的持续优化。
The interaction of leisure tourism and urban developmeng of growth tourist destination has the characteristics of continuous optimization, and leisure tourim industry is becoming an important power in promoting the development of tile city eventually. This paper defines the concept of growth urban tourism first, constructs the comprehensive index system of TOPSIS method- Then it takes Hefei city for example, determine its leisure toutism and urban development coordination index from 2000 to 2014, Determine the stage characteristics of coordinated development between leisure tourism and urban development of Hefei and reveal mechanism of action. The results show that： （1） cooMinating index between leisure tourism and urban devdopment of Hefei approaches the most ideal value day by day and it ascends in an increasing way;, （2） the coordinating process could be divided into differentiated development （before 2005）, low interaction stage （from 2006 to 2010） and high coupling stage （from 2011 to 2014）, and each stage is of different devdopment charactefistics; （3） the role and strength of each factor in differerent stages varies, the main power pushing the coordinated evolution of leisure tourism, urban development include govemment leading force, market demand temile force, product amactiveness, tourism competitiveness and power from external environment. The coordination role between leisure toufim, system and urban development system is the adaptive evolution caused by response made by urban industries to external spaces of diffierent various factors. This law of development shall be kept to ensure the contionuous and optimized development of leisure tourism and urban development.
