摘要：习近平法治思想是在中国语境中形成的马克思主义法治思想中国化的最新成果,内涵丰富,特色鲜明,具有深厚的道德底蕴。习近平法治思想的道德底蕴,集中体现在法律和道德相辅相成,坚持依法治国和以德治国相结合,促进社会公平正义,建设德才兼备的法治队伍,营造崇德向善的法治环境等系列重大论断上。实施良法善治,弘扬美德义行,是习近平法治思想的神髓。在实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化进程中,我们应该坚定不移走中国特色社会主义法治道路,坚持以人民为中心,推进公民道德建设,促进社会文明进步,进一步增强社会主义法治的道德底蕴。
Xi Jinping rule of law thought is the latest achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist thought on rule of law formed in the Chinese context,with rich connotation,distinctive features and profound moral deposits.The moral foundation of Xi Jinping rule of law thought is embodied in a series of major arguments,such as complementing law and morality,insisting on the combination of rule of law and rule of virtue,promoting social equity and justice,building a team of rule of law with both ability and political integrity,and creating a rule of law environment for worshiping virtue and doing good.It is the essence of Xi Jinping rule of law thought to implement good law and good governance and promote virtue and righteousness.In the process of modernizing China’s governance system and capacity,we should unswervingly follow the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,stick to the people-centered approach,promote civic morality,accelerate social progress,and further enhance the moral connotation of socialist rule of law.
