摘要：基于70家电子类高新技术企业的数据,采用多层线性模型实证研究了企业学习能力与开放式创新绩效的关系。结果显示:学习能力能显著提升与供应商的合作创新绩效,高学习能力的企业与科研院所的合作创新绩效也高,但其与顾客的合作创新绩效与低吸收能力企业差别不大,学习能力对企业与竞争者合作的创新绩效影响也不显著。
Base on the data of 70 electronic high-tech enterprises,the relation between learning capacity and open innovation performance is tested by the hierarchical linear regression model.Results show that： learning capacity remarkably promotes cooperative innovation performance with suppliers;learning capacity positively affects innovation performance of suppliers and research institutions,but it does not significantly improve the innovation performance of customers and competitors.
