摘要：习近平关于人民健康的思想,为当前全国人民众志成城抗击疫情提供了思想保障和精神支撑。围绕对“人民需要什么样的健康,怎样实现人民健康”这一基本问题的回答,习近平从群众需求、国家战略、制度确保、全球健康治理四个层面赋予人民健康以丰富的内涵。这些体系化的论述逻辑自洽,以人民群众作为逻辑起点,以追求幸福作为逻辑主线,以民族复兴作为逻辑终点,形成了一个结构严谨的理论体系。理论能够指导实践,以习近平关于人民健康的重要论述指导战胜新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情阻击战,要求做到切实贯彻“以人民为中心”的发展思想,充分发挥国家制度和国家治理体系的显著优势,加强宣传教育与舆论引导,增强人民健康领域的人类命运共同体意识,确保全国上下一盘棋,齐心协力打赢这场疫情防控阻击战,满足人民群众对健康的美好需求。
Xi Jinping’s thought on people’s health has provided ideological guarantee and spiritual support for the nation’s united efforts to fight the epidemic. In response to the basic question, "what kind of health do people need and how can we achieve it?", Xi added rich connotations to people’s health from four aspects: people’s needs, national strategy, institutional guarantee and global health governance. These systematic expositions are logically consistent, with the people as the logical starting point, the pursuit of happiness as the logical main line, and the national rejuvenation as the logical end, forming a rigorous theoretical system. Theory guides practice, we can win the battle of the COVID-2019 epidemic with Xi Jinping’s important exposition about people’s health, must earnestly implement the "people centered" development thought, give full play to the obvious advantages of the state system and national governance system, strengthen publicity and education and public opinion guidance, and enhance the community of human destiny in the field of people’s health. What we’ve done is to win the battle of the epidemic prevention and control by a coordinated national response, then to meet the demand of the masses of the people’s health.
