摘要：区域关怀包括尊重区域主体地位,发挥区域优势,保障区域权益,促进区域间协调发展,走向区域共同富裕;做到整个国家的发展是为了各个区域,整个国家的发展依靠区域,使发展成果为各个区域所共享。为此,区域经济学研究中,要进行思维转换和研究重点的转换,特别应关注不同发展阶段的区域特点,关注欠发达区域、弱势区域和问题突出区域的研究。通过贯彻尊重原则、机会平等原则和合理补偿原则,实现区域间和谐发展。
Regional concern includes respecting regional main body status, exerting regional advantages, guaranteeing regional rights and interests, promoting the harmonious development of different regions, going to the common wealthiness of regions. The development of the whole country is for individual regions and relies on individual regions, and the developing achievements should be shared by individual regions. Therefore the thought and research emphasis should be converted in regional economic researches and the regional characteristics in different developing phases should be paid special attention and the researches of underdeveloped regions, disadvantageous regions and regions with outstanding problems should be paid special attention. The harmonious development between regions should be achieved through implementing the principle of respect, the principle of equal opportunity and the principle of rational compensation.
