摘要：民间文学艺术的权利主体在享有权利的同时,亦应当承担相应的义务。其权利主要包含发表权、署名权、修改权、保护民间文学艺术完整权、使用权、获得资助权。其义务主要包括保护民间文学艺术的义务、不得随意将民间文学艺术转让的义务、对民间文学艺术一定限度内的保密义务以及培养传承人的义务。
The subject of right on folk literature should commit obligations when it enjoys rights. The rights include publication right, signature right, revision right, and the right of protecting the integrity of folk literature, the right of use and the right of obtaining financial support. The obligations include the obligation of protecting folk literature, non-transferring folk literature, protecting the security of folk literature and training pass-on persons.
