摘要：大学生是实施"大众创业,万众创新"的重要力量,通过构建大学生创新创业生态系统,揭示其运行机制对于推动大学生创新创业具有重要意义。基于"双创"背景,论文在分析美国高校创客空间和黄河众创空间的基础上,构建了大学生创新创业生态系统模型及其运行机制模型,提出了完善大学生创新创业生态体系的政策建议。研究结果显示,一个运作良好的大学生创新创业生态系统需要教育行业、金融行业、服务行业等各方资源的协调配合,才能实现产业协同、加速成果转化,完善政产学研协同创新机制,从而为"双创"助力。本文的理论价值在于揭示了大学生创新创业生态系统的形成机理,即整合所有资源,为大学生创造良好的创新和创业环境。
College students are an important force for the implementation of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation".It is of great significance to build an innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem for college students and reveal its operating mechanism for motivating innovation and entrepreneurship of college students.Based on the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",this article builds the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem model and its operating mechanism model on the basis of analyzing American College Maker Space and the Yellow River WeWork,and puts forward policy suggestions for improving college students’innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem.The research results show that a well-functioning college student innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem needs coordination and cooperation among the education industry,the financial industry,and the service industry,in order to achieve industry synergy and expedite achievement transformation,and improve the collaborative innovation mechanism of government,industry,university,and research,thus helping the development of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation".The theoretical value of this research lies in revealing the formation mechanism of college students’innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem,i.e.,integrating all resources from all parties to create a good environment for innovation and entrepreneurship for college students.
