摘要：在区域发展中,都市圈是重要单元,对推进新型城镇化新形态方面有着至关重要的作用。以郑州都市圈为例,在生产、生活和生态(“三生”)空间功能分区的基础上进一步展开实证研究。首先,基于“三生”功能,结合县域统计年鉴数据选出21个指标,构建都市圈“三生”空间的评价指标体系;然后基于熵权法和空间功能测度分析郑州都市圈“三生”空间的特征,利用空间功能比较优势指数、Ward系统聚类分析等方法,对“三生”空间功能值进行分区,进一步对郑州都市圈“三生”功能提出4类优化调控模式。
This paper i nvestigates t he i nfluencing factors a nd mechanism of public attitude i n t he context of a smart city.R esponses from 560 citizens living in Tianjin are analyzed by using a structural equation modeling technique,from which a theoretical model is proposed based on social exchange theory.The results reveal that learning benefit,perceived risk,and reliability of community services have significant positive effects on participants'acceptance of ICT devices.ICT self-efficacy and community engagement mediate the effect of learning benefits,perceived risk,and reliability of community services on acceptance of ICT devices.Our research findings suggest that,in their efforts to improve citizens'acceptance of ICT devices,smart city implementation practitioners can enhance citizens'ICT self-efficacy and community engagement via highlighting learning benefits of smart city services.
