摘要：一般认为 ,社会经济总体现象中的极端情况都是极少数 ,而且“两极”的情况会由于统计汇总而相互抵消。因此 ,在大多数情况下 ,大数定律被人们拿来作为统计推论的理论基础。对人们理解的“普遍意义”上的大数定律提出了质疑 ,论证了现实社会经济活动中存在“大数定律失灵”问题 ;认为统计调查中存在着边际经济效益递减的实际问题 ,削弱其作用的前提是正确理解和应用大数定律。
It is generally believed that the extreme things in the macro social phenomenon are very few, and the “two extremes' can counteract with each other in statistic summary. Thus, under most circumstances, Law of Great Number is used as the theoretical basis of the statistical deduction.queries the general understanding of the above law, and proves that the Law of Great Number really exists. He also thinks that there also exists the problem of diminishing marginal utility in statistical activity, and the premise of weakening its degree is to understand and apply the Law of Great Number correctly.
