摘要：运用经济学理论和教育学理论对农村劳动力职业培训政府失灵和市场失衡现象进行剖析,认为政府投入不足、激励措施不到位和职业培训运行机制不符合市场发展需要,是造成农村劳动力职业培训政府失灵的主要原因。
Using economic theory and education theory, this article analyzes the phenomenon of market failure in professional training and finds out its reason lles in lack of investment from government and incentive as well as the operating mechanism keeping no accordance with market demands.
