摘要：财经类高校法学专业教学范式改革必须遵循教育教学规律、把握正确的改革方向和路径,无论是以就业为导向的专业技能教育,还是以提高人文素养为导向的通识素质教育,或以二者并重式的综合教育改革方向,都要从教学材料和教学方法入手,强化教学材料的丰富、更新和完善,研究提高教学方法的灵活性、针对性和有效性。
The reforming of teaching model of legal science in economics and law universities must follow the rules of education science, grasp the correct direction and path of reforming, whether education of employment-orient- ed professional skills or the humanities-oriented education to improve the general quality of mankind, or comprehen- sive education to pay equal attention to both the type of reform direction, all should start from the teaching material and teaching method, strengthen the rich, update and improve the teaching materials, to improve the flexibility of teaching methods, pertinence and effectiveness.
