摘要：公有制经济蕴含着巨大的活力,如何运用有效的实现形式释放出来,以往的经典作家未来得及解决。中国共产党在改革开放的实践中创造了公有制多种灵活高效的实现形式,丰富了马克思主义政治经济学。经过多年创新探寻,国有经济、集体经济采取了诸多新的实现形式,充分解放了生产力。我们应当深化研究,揭示其内在的必然性和应遵循的原则,为中国特色社会主义政治经济学开拓新境界。
The public sector of the economy contains great vitality,and the problem of how to use the effective forms of realization to release it has not been addressed by previous classical writers.In the practice of reform and opening-up,the Communist Party of China has created a variety of flexible and efficient forms to realize public ownership,which has enriched Marxist political economy.After years of innovative exploration,the state-owned economy and collective economy have adopted many new forms of realization,fully liberating the productive forces.We should further our research,reveal their inherent inevitability and the principles to be followed,and open up new horizons for socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.
