摘要：慈善战略的运用能有效帮助公司克服慈善公益活动与公司营利性之间的矛盾。但基于战略本身的风险性和慈善活动的无偿性,慈善战略在运用过程中存在着浪费公司资源、给公司带来负面影响、损害利益相关者权益、代理人侵害公司利益等风险。针对此,公司要通过完善战略决策管理机制、战略实施监督机制,促进战略决策的科学化、战略实施的规范化,以防范相关风险。
Charity strategy effectively help companies overcome the contradiction between charitable activi- ties and company profit. But based on the risk of strategy and free of charge of charitable activities, philan- thropic strategy has the risk to waste the company＇s resources, bring negative effect, damage the interests of stakeholders and infringe the company interests by agents and so on in the process of using. In view of this, the company must improve the strategic decision management mechanism, strategy implementation supervision mechanism, and promote the scientific of strategic decision-making, the standardization of strategy implementation, in order to guard against the risk.
