摘要：特大型城市属于城市体系中的"头部"城市,在都市圈和城市群的培育发展中发挥着重要的带动引领作用。这种带动引领作用的发挥是空间相互作用的重要形式,既要遵循特大型城市发展的内在逻辑及城市群演进的内在规律,又要通过打造必要的外部环境条件去推动实施。已跨入特大型城市行列以及正在建设中的国家中心城市郑州,应在创新驱动、产业发展、消费升级、金融服务、功能区示范、对外开放等重点领域引领郑州都市圈和中原城市群实现一体化高质量好。
megacities belong to the "head" cities in the urban system and play an important leading role in the cultivation and development of metropolitan areas and urban agglomerations.This kind of leading role is an important form of spatial interaction.It is necessary to follow the internal logic of the development of mega-cities and the internal law of the evolution of urban agglomeration,and to promote the implementation by creating the necessary external environmental conditions.Zhengzhou,which has stepped into the ranks of mega-cities and the national central city under construction,should lead the integration and high-quality development of Zhengzhou metropolitan area and Central Plains urban agglomeration in the key areas of innovation-driven,industrial development,consumption upgrading,financial services,functional area demonstration,opening to the outside world and so on.
