摘要:对吉林某大学备赛期间运动员服用灵芝多糖口服液对运动训练效果及免疫功能的影响进行研究.结果表明,灵芝多糖可显著提高实验组运动员的基本身体成分含量,在维持体重的基础上,降低体脂率(P<0.05),提高肌肉含量(P<0.05).实验组运动员功率自行车运动效果,与对照组运动员相比,提高总作功(P<0.05)、负荷时间(P<0.05)和最大运动心率(P<0.05),同时降低了运动时心率(P<0.05),提高了运动能力.各项生化指标,实验组运动员血红蛋白含量(P<0.05)和血红细胞体积比(P<0.05)均提高,而血乳酸含量明显降低(P<0.05).实验组运动员的SOD和CAT的活性增强(P<0.05),GLU含量提高(P<0.05),BUN含量降低(P<0.05).通过免疫花环和ELISA法测定免疫相关制备,两组运动员的Et和Ea花环测试指标均较训练前有所降低,而对照组运动员测试数值较实验组运动员显著降低(P<0.05),实验组运动员的IgG,IgA,Ig M均较对照组运动员提高(P<0.05).可见灵芝多糖对运动员的大负荷运动训练效果和免疫力有一定提升作用.
The influence of ganoderma polysaccharides oral liquid on the athletic training effect and immune function for athletes during the competition preparation of one university in Jilin was researched.The results showws that the ganoderma polysaccharides can significantly improve the body component content of athletes in experimental group;on the basis of maintaining weight,it can reduce the body fat rate(P〈0.05)and increase the muscle content(P〈0.05).The cycle ergometer effect of athletes in experimental group:compared to those in control group,the overall working(P〈0.05),loading time(P〈0.05)and the maximum exercise heart rate(P〈0.05)are improved,and the heart rate in exercise(P〈0.05)is reduced and athletic ability is enhanced;various biochemical indicators:the hemoglobin content(P〈0.05)and red blood cell volume ratio(P〈0.05)of athletes in experimental group are improved,while the blood lactic acid content is reduced significantly(P〈0.05);SOD and CAT activity(P0.05)of athletes in experimental group are enhanced,GLU content is increased(p〈0.05),and BUN content is decreased(P〈0.05);through measuring the immune preparation by immune rosette assay and ELISA,Et and Ea rosette assay preparation of athletes in both groups is decreased compared to that before the training,but the measurement value of athletes in control group is significantly decreased compared to athletes in experimental group(P〈0.05);IgG,IgAand Ig M of athletes in experimental group is increased compared to athletes in control group(P〈0.05);it can be seen that ganoderma polysaccharides can improve the high-load athletic training effect and immunity.
