摘要:旅游产品具有不同于物质产品和其他服务产品的特性 ,顾客满意度是其质量的重要内容。我国旅行社行业要适应市场新形势 ,从顾客的观点而非企业的观点定义消费者需求 ,并以此为据开发产品 ,提高旅游服务质量。通过提高顾客满意度开拓市场 ,增强自身竞争能力 。
The essence of tourism product is totally different from that of visible product and other service product, with customer satisfaction as its important target in quality control. Travel agencies should adapt to the market's new situation, redefine the consumers' demand, develop the tourism product, improve the quality of tourism service according to the customer-oriented view. In order to make great contributions to the sustained development tourism, they also should improve the customers' satisfaction, explore new markets, strengthen their own competitiveness.
