摘要:以郑州市主城区为研究范围,获取2010年、2013年、2016年和2019年4个年份餐饮业POI数据,采用最近邻指数、地理集中指数和核密度分析等方法对主城区餐饮业空间集聚格局及演化特征进行分析,并对餐饮各行业的集聚特征进行探讨。结果表明:(1)郑州市主城区餐饮业集聚特征显著,但集聚程度减弱,餐饮网点呈现出由中心城区向外围逐渐拓展和沿道路延伸的特征;(2)餐饮业呈多中心化分布态势,中心城区形成集中连片的集聚核心,外围城区正形成新的集聚中心;(3)餐饮各行业集聚程度差异较大,正餐服务多中心集聚发展,快餐服务单中心集聚,饮料及冷饮服务在空间上表现出扩张与收缩交替变化态势。
Based on the catering industry POI data in urban area in Zhengzhou in the year of 2010,2013,2016 and 2019,using the average nearest neighbor index,geographical concentration index,kernel density estimation and other method,the spatial distribution pattern and its evolution characteristics of catering industry are discussed deeply,and the spatial agglomeration characteristics of each branch of catering is also analyzed.The results show that:(1)The spatial agglomeration degree of catering industry is significant,but the agglomeration degree has been weakened in the past decade,the number of restaurants has been increased both in central area and periphery area which are mainly concentrated and expanded along the road.(2)The spatial pattern of catering industry has been showing a state of developing from single center to multi-center,the agglomeration poles and the significant hotspots are concentrated in central urban area,new hotspots are formed in new urban area in the periphery region.(3) Each branch of catering industry has different performances in spatial agglomeration,the main meal industry has been showing a trend of developing from single center to multi-center agglomeration,the fast food industry has been in the state of single center agglomeration development,and the beverage and cold drink industry has been showing a alternation of expansion and contraction.
